Orange gives dialup users the boot.

Posted: September 13, 2007 in Uncategorized

Orange (an UK ISP) has decided to pull the plug on users of their “Pay as you go” dialup service.

The user number of this service has dropped form 1,497k to 915k over the last month and they are now being offered an upgrade to a DSL service for £3 more per month.
I wonder if all these users are on DSL “compatible” phonelines…
Also interesting to note is the policy that Orange takes to convince their users to switch.
